Objectives and Goals

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
Pay It Forward, Property Tax Relief, Property Value
  • Renew our focus on raising property value and beautifying underserved neighborhoods to encourage homeownership and attract investors.

  • Advocate for Fair Tax Reform - making taxes beneficial for everyone.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
  • Our students need more enriched lives! Our teachers are underpaid and under-appreciated. Some of our schools lack the resources they need to succeed. Let's solve this together!

  • I strive to address the mental clarity and focus of our students/citizens by providing opportunities to those who desire to learn more specialized skills.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
  • Collaborate with local and other organizations dedicated to empowering our community by presenting opportunities available for local startups and entrepreneurial ventures.

  • Rebuild our Southside and East Bluff communities to flourish by encouraging farmers' markets, community gardens, and grocery stores.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
Building Partnerships and Forging Connections
  • Collaborate with educated aspiring entrepreneurs and local businesses about the new sciences and technologies being developed globally.

  • We will focus our efforts on making Peoria the beacon of commerce and innovation, to strengthen our state and focus in the world.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
Supporting Arts and Sciences
  • We will collaborate and join efforts with local artists.

  • We will support arts education and help provide opportunities for all, while increasing community vibrancy through public art and other artistic culture. Art is essential for a community's emotional and mental well-being.

  • Encouraging students and working-class entrepreneurs to learn about and create startups invested in new sciences and technologies through collaboration with local universities and other entities.

  • Bring in businesses outside of our city involved in new science and technology to Peoria.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
Ecology and the Environment
  • Investment in solar power.

  • It is time for us to better collaborate & engage our water company. There are projects/training we can undergo, as a city, in preparation to help drive these costs down. This endeavor can also be achieved through a democracy expressed through the votes from the citizens of Peoria.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
Empathy and Compassion
  • Our position is to have considerable options for health and wellness programs that focus on everyday well-being and maximizing potential.

  • Seek opportunities to educate while increasing foot traffic to encourage the revitalization of our local economy.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
Minimizing Discrepancies in the Justice System
  • FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) is a powerful tool our citizens can use to access public information and investigate abuse of power by police.

  • Develop a tactically, non-lethal task force of peace officers, whose aim is to defuse domestic and emotionally energized situations.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
Inequality and Keeping Neighborhoods Safe
  • Focus on showing charity and togetherness within our different communities and cultures first, then share this same approach with the greater community.

  • View and address drug abuse as a mental issue rather than a criminal issue.

  • Build prestige within our communities and neighborhoods by coordinating efforts infused with the education of rights & laws.

E Pluribus Unum, we are one in:
COVID-19 Safety and Healing
  • 3 Reasons to Wear a Mask:  Humility, Kindness, and Community.
We want our community to thrive, businesses to stay open, and our children, educators, and employees to stay healthy. Keeping a lid on Covid-19 helps us all!
